Organisational Values are often spoken about with employees during onboarding but are inevitably swept under the rug in the following months. We don’t want this to be the way for our organisation, so we’ve chosen values that are core to our operations, who we are, and what we do every day. 

Over the past two years, Evelyn Joyce and Lesley Harrison, the two directors of 24/7 Contact Solutions, took the opportunity to ensure their business had a strong foundation. They identified and established organisational values that would be meaningful to their team. To do this, they asked their employees via an internal survey to share stories and insights from the past two years.

By taking these steps, the platform was created to naturally establish the four new contact centre core organisational values and align them to 24/7 Contact Solutions’ objectives.

Culture of Passion:

The 24/7 Contact Solutions Team has always been passionate and enthusiastic about aiding the community with a purpose. The contact centre work experience during the past two years enabled the team to reach a broader and more diverse population, assisting people visiting and living in Australia.

Culture of Integrity:

The 24/7 Contact Solutions Team uses integrity as their moral compass. They are dedicated to upholding their promises, providing excellent work, being open and truthful, making ethical decisions and setting positive examples.

Culture of Excellence:

The 24/7 Contact Solution Team works hard to ensure that customers get the results they want by surpassing their expectations. The team is dedicated to providing outstanding experience through rapid response, problem-solving, self-evaluation, and proactive help. How is this accomplished? Every team member is involved in the service development and improvement, works together, encourages others and guarantees consistent high quality.
