It is the sister company to 24/7 Nursing + Medical Services, a well-known and respected dynamic healthcare recruitment and Nursing agency which has over 20 years of experience in management and growth.
Our Story
In 2019, founders Evelyn Joyce and Lesley Harrison were approached by an existing client to urgently provide much needed telehealth services during COVID. Never known to shy away from a challenge, and confident they could put together a capable team of professionals, they engaged with industry experts to assist with setting up a versatile and professional call centre. In just 4 weeks, through hard work and dedication and many hours coaching and training they managed to get a call centre of 350 agents up and running, increasing to just under a thousand at the height of the pandemic. They have not stopped since!
They have subsequently expanded into various other industries and are a compelling competitor in the call centre space.
24/7 Contact Solutions are known for their versatility, professionalism, adaptability and ‘can do’ attitude. With over 20 years of experience, really caring about their Nursing Agency staff, they have carried that same ethos with 24/7 Contact Solutions and have created a culture of teamwork, passion, integrity and respect with the same exceptional standards.
Our Directors
Through various business interactions Evelyn & Lesley met in 1999. They soon realised they both had a passion for recruitment and a particular interest in the medical industry, establishing 24/7 Nursing + Medical Services in 2003. Their shared work ethic, synergy and proven business prowess led to their expansion into the call centre space in 2019 and the establishment of 24/7 Contact Solutions soon followed.
Evelyn Joyce
Co-Director
Originally from Ireland, Evelyn trained as a Registered Nurse and Midwife at St. Vincent’s and The Rotunda Hospital in Dublin. She came to Sydney permanently in 1996 and has worked in the healthcare recruitment industry since 1998.
Evelyn develops authentic and trusting relationships with all clients and staff. As a Director of 24/7, she is responsible for managing the business and overall governance. She is committed to continuously improving the quality of services and safeguarding high standards by coordinating and overseeing the design of systems to deliver excellence in clinical and non-clinical care in health and contact centre work. She is known for achieving outstanding performance in growth and quality.

Lesley Harrison
Co-Director
Originally from the UK, Lesley worked in Bank and Finance before coming to Sydney in 1990. After working in various temporary finance roles, Lesley took a permanent position with a dynamic global healthcare recruitment company in 1995, and was promoted to NSW manager in 1998.
As a Director of 24/7, Lesley is responsible for team leadership and management.
